Desert Heat Combat
Step 1: Determine the Surprise
− As in PFRPG
− The side with the most aware combatants receives the Advantage
Step 2: Determine the Advantage
− AP may be used (only once per round)
− If no surprise round occurred then the Advantage is determined by one character from each side rolling guild ranks or Charisma against each other. Each time the Advantage needs to be determined, another character must roll the advantage (determined randomly). The side with the Advantage can expend it to roll two d20 and choose the highest.
Step 3: Roll Initiative
− AP may be used (only once per round)
Step 4: Roll Attacks
− Advantage may be used (reroll Initiative, redetermine Advantage)
− AP may be used (only once per round)
Step 5: Determine Damage
− Determine if any characters are effected by any condition (redetermine Initiative, move to step 6 for Disabled and Dying Characters)
− AP may be used (only once per round)
− Injury, Death and Dying – as in PFRPG
Step 6: Handle Disabled and Dying Characters
− AP may be used (only once per round)
